Welcome to this unique course - a gentle, effective, evidenced-based course aimed at people with chronic or recurring back pain. This pays for your course materials and first three weeks teaching. The balance can be paid in one or two payments at weeks 4 or weeks 4 and 7. Non-refundable. Non-transferable. I am allowing up to three missed classes to be made up on the next YHLB course, thereby extending your learning and hopefully helping in the event of pre-arranged obligations. Please ensure you can attend prior to booking as consistency and persistency are important to recovering comfortable movement. Invest in a healthier back for life! This course is open to men and women but I'm sorry it's not suitable during pregnancy. No previous yoga experience is required. Last TASTER CLASS before the next course begins is 9 April 2019.
