COMMUNITY HATHA YOGA £5/class, 11.15am-12.30pm, Overslade, Mondays

Yoga for body and mind. I started this community Hatha Yoga class in October 2018 with a view to make yoga more accessible to those on a tighter budget. Some yoga teachers offer 'community yoga' as a way of giving back to the community. Open to men and women, beginners or improvers. May not be suitable for people with ongoing illnesses or injuries; if in doubt please seek advice from your GP. Please note there are no refunds nor substitutions for missed classes. Term time only.
